For completeness of information it must be said that, like any other web page, the FULLCRO website also uses cookies, for which it intends to provide detailed information in this regard and explain how to limit or prevent their use.
GENERAL INFORMATIONS
Cookies are small text files that are automatically downloaded and saved in the user’s terminals (computer – smartphone – tablet) when he accesses on websites. As indicated by the Privacy Authority (Doc-Web 9734291 www.gpdp.it/cookie January 2022) cookies simplify and speed up access to websites by users, as they store some information relating to the same that they no longer need be found and processed by the devices after the first access.
Cookies allow, among other things, to store and retrieve information relating to the user’s browsing habits by storing visited pages and the connection time; they also allow to analyze the functioning of the site, to verify if there are technical problems, etc.
Depending on the information they contain and the way in which the terminal is used, they can be used to recognize the user or, better to say, the terminal connected through the IP address.
Fullcro only uses technical cookies or First Party analytical cookies with reduced identification power. For the use of these cookies, the user’s consent is not required but only the information we are providing. In particular, first-party analytical cookies are similar to technical cookies as they are used by Fullcro for the sole purpose of optimizing the site (see provision of 8 May 2014 and Guidelines for cookies and other tracking tools of 10 June 2021).
As a result of the Provisions of the Privacy Authority (n. 224 of 9 June 2022 – web doc. 9782890 – and 243 of 7 July 2022 – web doc. Art. 25 EU Reg. 2016/679 – GDPR), the function of Google Analytics, which will therefore remain disabled until new and definitive clarifications and / or authorization measures on the subject.
